Training
SilverPen Publishing can provide on-site or online training on a variety of subjects. Our training service includes researching and writing the documentation and other guides needed to aid trainees in learning, understanding, and retaining the subject. Training can be either onsite at your business or at another location of your choosing. Alternatively, SilverPen can provide an online training session either through pre-recorded video or live webinar.
Training is billed at an hourly rate of $100 and includes research, technical writing, and delivery of the material. We can provide follow-up support, question answering, and additional training at a rate of $50 an hour.
